Order Processing

  • All orders are automatically processed upon checkout, and please contact us at info@tryhomecore.com as soon as you realize you need to cancel, as once it is shipped, we cannot cancel it for you.
  • Due to a high volume of orders, processing time is 3-12 days (business days only).
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 12 business days, depending on the destination and demand.
  • Maximum delivery window: up to 60 business days, as outlined in our terms.
  • Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, and high seasonal demand.

Shipping Options

  • We offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
  • An express shipping option is available at checkout for $5.95 USD, which includes priority dispatch, tracked & insured (includes Free Returns)

Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be provided via email within 1–3 business days after your order is processed.
  • If you haven't received tracking information after 3 business days, please contact us at info@tryhomecore.com.

Address Changes

  • Address changes must be requested immediately after placing the order.
  • Once an order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.

Unexpected Delays

We do our best to ensure timely delivery. However, in rare cases, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • National or local postal service disruptions

Responsibility Upon Delivery

  • Once your order is marked as “delivered” by the courier, it is considered fulfilled.
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their order and ensuring it is received.
  • If your order is confirmed delivered but cannot be located, please contact the local delivery carrier immediately and notify us within 48 hours.
