CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All orders are processed automatically upon checkout and please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address, as once it is shipped, we cannot change the address.
  • Please double-check your order details before submitting. We are not responsible for order errors due to incorrect input.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery.
  • You must email us at info@tryhomecore.com within 60 days of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Items must be approved for return before shipping them back.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be in original condition, with all original accessories and packaging.
  • Gently used items (minimal wear, no damage) may be accepted.
  • Items that are heavily used, damaged due to misuse, or missing parts will not be accepted.
  • Unauthorized returns or returns without approval will not be processed or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed defective through photo/video verification.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Packages returned to an incorrect address
  • Unapproved returns
  • Items lost due to improper packaging by the customer

Return Process

  1. Email info@tryhomecore.com with your order number, reason for return, and photo/video if applicable.
  2. Await return authorization before sending the item.
  3. Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  4. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply if the item is not returned in acceptable condition.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photos or a video showing the defect or issue.
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours or without evidence may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Damaged packaging alone does not qualify as a damaged item.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • All orders are shipped with trackable delivery services.
  • Customers are responsible for:
    • Monitoring tracking updates provided via email.
    • Ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.
  • If tracking shows "Delivered," the order is considered fulfilled. Claims of non-receipt must be submitted within 48 hours.
  • We are not liable for stolen or misplaced packages marked as delivered.

CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY

By purchasing from Homecore, you agree to the following:

  • Contact us first before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
  • Allow up to 7 business days for issue resolution.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks (such as those filed before contacting us or while the product is in transit) will be disputed as fraudulent and may result in:
    • Submission of full evidence including order details, tracking information, and delivery confirmation.
    • Additional liability for chargeback fees, transaction costs, and restocking fees.

EXTENDED WARRANTY

  • If you purchased an extended warranty, this will be automatically linked to your order and sent via confirmation email. Please retain your receipt as proof of coverage.
