How to Use Your Original CoreRelief™ Pro 3-in-1 At-Home Back Therapy

Thanks for choosing CoreRelief™! Here you'll find step-by-step instructions, troubleshooting tips, and important information to get the best results from your device.

Quick Start Guide

Your CoreRelief™ Pro is cordless: charge it first, unplug it, then use it anywhere. Follow these steps to power on, switch functions, and get the most from each session.

Flashing red = Charging Solid green = Fully charged, ready to use Lights blinking during a session = Battery low, recharge
1

Charge It Fully First

Plug the charging cable into the device and directly into a wall outlet (not a computer or power strip). A flashing red light means it is charging. Leave it for about 2 hours — until the light turns solid green, which means fully charged.

2

Unplug the Cable Completely

This is the step most people miss. The CoreRelief™ Pro runs on its built-in battery and cannot switch on while the charging cable is attached. Remove the cable from the device before every session.

3

Power On

Press and hold the power button for a full 3–5 seconds — a firm, continuous hold — until you feel a slight vibration confirming the device is on. A quick tap does nothing.

4

Choose Your Function

A short press of the power button cycles through the three therapies:

  • Vibration massage
  • Heat — allow 1–2 minutes to warm up (gentle warmth, up to 50°C)
  • Lumbar traction — the arch rises slowly for a supported stretch
5

Position, Session Time & Turn Off

Lie on your back on a firm surface — the floor with a mat, or a firm mattress (a soft bed or couch absorbs the therapy) — with the device under your lower back, knees bent, feet flat. Use it for 15-minute sessions, once or twice a day; results build with consistent use over 2–3 weeks. To turn off, hold the power button for 3–5 seconds. The device also shuts off automatically after 30 minutes.

  • One full charge = about 5–6 sessions
  • Lights blinking instead of functions running = battery low, recharge for 2 hours
  • Charging cable is for charging only — never use the device while it is plugged in
Not switching on? Nine times out of ten it's one of these three: 1) the charging cable is still attached — unplug it completely; 2) the battery isn't fully charged yet — wait for the solid green light (about 2 hours); 3) the button was tapped instead of held — press and hold for a full 3–5 seconds until it vibrates.
